This 4 session book study is asynchronous and at your own pace.
You'll go through the course-work, with access to Jethro to respond to questions, ideas, and challenges.
You'll actually apply what you're learning in the book to your specific situation and your specific needs.
Session 1: You'll review the basis of the book and the 9 modes of being a transformative principal: self-care, support, vision, delegation, observations, communication, relationships, hiring, culture. The modes are divided up into three categories: Internal, External, and Holistic.
Session 2: Internal: you'll focus on self-care, support and vision. You'll learn about healthy and toxic reasons for self-care, how to get support and give appropriate support, and how to develop your own vision.
Session 3: External: you'll learn about properly delegating, doing observations in a way that actually improves teaching and learning in your school, and communication cards.
Session 4: Holistic: You'll learn about improving relationships, RISCHI Hiring - How to recruit all the time and attract the right talent to your school, and about creating a culture where teachers thrive.
